SWADE exists to empower youth through mentorship, discipline, and opportunity, using sports, real-life guidance, and brotherhood to build strong character, leadership, and purpose both on and off the field. Our mission is to create a generation of disciplined, self-aware young men who will become leaders in their community.

Our Approach

We are committed to mentoring youth consistently, not occasionally, by providing structured sports and life development programs that go beyond the game.
